| Sarah is our first female karate champion who has won a gold medal in the SAF Games Karate Contest for the country. Her mother was the motivational force behind her; she always wanted her to learn karate. Sara started learning karate at the age of 3 and by the age of 9, she was a black belt. It was the National Games in 2004 in which the Army Team got selected and Sara got a chance to shine. Dalda honours her mother in supporting her daughter’s talent which helped her achieve so high bringing in pride and recognition to the nation. |

| Naseem, a 22 year old athlete girl from Korangi, Karachi achieved brilliantly when she clocked 11.81 seconds and secured a gold medal winning the 100 Metre race in the South Asian Federation Games. Years ago her mother recognized her talent and motivated her throughout, encouraging her to participate in athletic events at an inter college level which she successfully did. Today, she has remarkably marked herself as Pakistan’s first female athlete to win the race in the competition’s 26 year history. Dalda honours her mother for all the support she gave in making her the pride of the nation. |
